What is the Pelvic Floor?

Pelvic floor is made up of muscles between the pubic bone and coccyx bone (tail bone). They are the muscles around the urethra, vagina and anal opening.

What are Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions?

Pelvic floor dysfunctions are a group of disorders that result from impaired and imbalanced muscles and/or ligaments located in the pelvic floor. Most conditions are caused by weak and/or tight pelvic floor muscles.
